Motivational Strategies of Teachers in Relation To Learners’ Academic Performance

Motivating learners is one of the most critical and challenging parts teaching. As such, they differ in how motivate students their motivational strategies. This quantitative inquiry determined strategies teachers students’ academic performance according to age, civil status, teaching experience, highest educational attainment, average monthly income. To answer descriptive inferential questions, a researcher-made questionnaire was utilized. It revealed that level areas (1) introduction lesson, (2) discussion (3) assessment lesson we're all on high level. However, results indicated respondents least prefer helping prepare for using pre-formed questionnaire, informal classroom debates, strategy allows assess peers classmates' writing abilities comprehension skills. Consequently, learners’ very satisfactory. Likewise, no significant differences teachers’ first second when grouped attainment. Additionally, difference showed were income third areas. can conclude are proceeding directly skipping maximize class hours.
